yeh i remember her wasnt there a big leagal battle thru desitiny's child because of beyonce's dad being the manager and they were saying they were treated unfairly and not getting enough money?? :?

It was less about the money (tho that was a factor) and more about the fact that he was doin so underhanded ish, like kicking them out of their own group, it was a case of, they "seemed" to work for Matthew (the manager) when it's "supposed" to be the manager workin for them! And because they were turnin 18, they had to sign new contracts, and basically LeToya and LaTavia decided they wanted an impartial manager to represent them, and Matthew could represent Beyonce and Kelly. Matthew claimed that a group could never work wit two managers, but that's bullsh** because ORIGINALLY, Matthew wasn't even the manager it was a woman named Ann Tilman, but she died from a disease called Lupous (sp) and he was co-manager. Then he took over when she died. Plus the fact that there have been groups who have two managers and they work perfectly together! Matthew didn't want that, coz then he wouldn't be in charge and probably couldn't control DC as he had, as HE never let LeToya or LaTavia sing lead, especially when LeToya was clearly capable, esp considerin the fact that she's clearly a better singer than Kelly!
They claimed that LeToya and LaTavia were lazy, rubbish seeing as LeToya also owns her own business right now, and is going back to study to do a retails exams so she can be in the property market! So she can't be THAT lazy! But Matthew did some crazy ish like throwin LeToya's mum off their tour bus when LeToya was sick, and at 1:00 in the mornin, because apparently she didn't have insurance to ride the bus or something, because she was only there to look after LeToya! Now remember they're on tour so they're in a place that LeToya's mum doesn't kno, and think how big America is! And he kicks her off at 1:00am! And there's other stuff but I can't be bothered to go into it!

He did it coz he's a di**head, her mum didn't have the right insurance or somethin and I guess he didn't want anything comin back on him I guess (in terms of money)...so he chucked her off in the middle of the night, he couldn't even wait till mornin! And LeToya was sick, which is why her mum was there! :roll:
