Birmingham Radio Tour!
Here's my story from today lol! OMG! Got in like an hour ago and just trying to remember everything! Well headed into Birmingham and met Lynzi bout 3. We then headed to Heart FM- depositing a few promo flyers along the way in various places like McDonalds toilets lol! Then we got up to Heart and no-one was there so we just passed the time sticking flyers anywhere we could- trying to think where would make Shayne laugh if he saw em lol! Anyway more people arrived so by the time Shayne turned up an hour late at 6.15 there were about 40 people there. He walked literally an inch away from me as he went in and I just froze! We then waited for him to come out and Paul was saying no pictures but Lynzi shouted at Shayne if he’d have one with me and he went “Yeah course” so I hopped in and he put his arm round me- I was dying lol! As we were having our pic Paul was trying to pull him off me but I was like “No!” lol Then we followed him to the car and ended up chasing him down Broad Street on his way to BRMB. Was so funny! Got to BRMB and he came in and had a load of pics with everyone. He then walked straight through reception and out the other side to this café across the square. We then waited and eventually he came back over to do the interview. He had to go up some stairs to go into the studio and had to be buzzed in and as he was waiting he looked down and blew a raspberry at us so we were all blowing kisses back to him and as is now customary I shouted to him that I loved him lol! And then he did the interview and came out and Paul had said to us would we mind if they went and had some dinner in the café they were in earlier and they’d be back in half an hour. So of course we waited again and eventually he came back and had more pics with us all. This was when I got my huggy pic I’d waited ages for. I nearly died. I put my arms round him and he just totally wrapped me up. Was the best hug I’d ever had. Then he left and we went to go back to the station but of course we passed the car park just as the car happened to be coming out so I stood and blew Shayne a kiss as he came out and he blew one back to me through the window! I was dying! Then it was all over and time to come home Was an absolutely fab day and thanks to Lynzi for making it such fun and to Shayne for the pics, hugs and kisses! Here r the pics Heart
